Excellent service. People are cool. Nice chill vibe with chill music. We watched the City v Leicester soccer game there and lunch with a beer. It was a good experience.

Nice vibe with reasonable prices for the area, but nothing too special. Food was bland and flat, but "did the job". Place requires that you pay before you get the food including tip, which is a bit weird and I wasn't sure how much to tip.

Quaint place, have a selection of coffees and breakfast foods. They were a little slow when making my food but maybe they were not at full staff. Also on the weekends they have soccer on so definitely a European crowd.

Perfect pancakes! A tad expensive. Don’t expect to get all your food at once - I was well done with my food by the time my boyfriend got his.

Edit to say that I’ve stopped visiting Cafe Amrita, sadly, as I’ve met many locals there that I’ve enjoyed getting to know. I can’t justify spending money at a place where I’ve received so much attitude for no reason, and I’m also tired of the service being slow. Not on every visit, but enough that I’ve decided to take my money elsewhere. I will miss the tacos though. Original post: Cafe with espresso drinks during the day which evolves into a lively bar at night. They turn off the espresso machine around 4 or 5, so if you’re looking to study or work after 5 pm, you might want to go elsewhere.
